HOW DO I HEAT MY MEALS?
Our meals can be heated in the microwave, oven, or on the skillet.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

PRO-TIP: Allow your meals to naturally thaw in the refrigerator overnight before heating the next day. REMOVE ALL SAUCE FROM TUPPERWARE BEFORE MICROWAVING.

MICROWAVE
1. Have the container lid slightly ajar.
2. Remove any condiments.
3. Microwave for 1.5-3 minutes.
*Microwaves below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature.

SKILLET (Preferred)
1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add your meal.
3. Heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the desired temperature.
4. Add condiments.

FROZEN MEALS
RECOMMEND USING MICROWAVE
MICROWAVE

HOW LONG DO THE MEAL PREP LAST?
Because we don’t use preservatives, our meals are best kept in the refrigerator up to 5 days after you receive them and, in the freezer, up to 30 days, however we recommend that you enjoy it within 14 days. RECOMMENDED: IF PURCHASE A WEEK WORTH OF FOOD, FREEZE 2-3 DAYS WORTH OF FOOD.
